• Content you provide, such as character profiles and images, prompts, chat messages, comments, likes, follows, reports, block choices, and support communications.
• Usage and technical information, such as IP address, browser or device information, access logs, language, feature interactions, and diagnostic data.
• Transaction and subscription information, such as products selected, price, currency, purchase status, subscription status, refunds, and credit balance or history. We do not directly store complete payment card details.
• Information received from service providers, including authentication, AI processing, cloud infrastructure, and payment providers, as needed to provide the Service.

2. How we use information

• Create and secure accounts, remember preferences, and provide requested features.
• Process prompts and conversations, generate AI responses, and maintain story context or memory features.
• Publish content you choose to make public and support comments, likes, follows, reports, and blocks.
• Process purchases, subscriptions, credits, rewards, refunds, and related customer support.
• Prevent abuse and fraud, investigate reports, enforce our Terms, and protect users and the Service.

4. AI conversations and public content

Chat messages, character settings, and relevant conversation context are processed by our systems and AI providers to generate responses and support features such as conversation memory. Chats are not displayed publicly by default. Avoid sharing sensitive personal information that is not needed for your story.

Characters, images, introductions, author notes, profile details, and comments that you designate as public may be visible to anyone who can access the Service, including people who are not signed in.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We and our service providers may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember language preferences, support Google sign-in, secure the Service, and understand performance. You can control cookies through your browser, but disabling necessary storage may prevent some features from working.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain security and backups, resolve disputes, process payments and refunds, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of information and why it is processed.
